Liam's Birthday!

Today Liam turned 5.  Last Sunday we had cake with family, Today we measured Liam on our new measuring board. Liam got to pick out where we went for dinner (McDonald's with a playplace) where we opened some presents and then had a soccer game.

Here are some things about him:

Loves Taco Tuesday . Still loves to look at monster trucks on YouTube . Keeps holding on to his falling-apart owl blankie even though he has two newer blankies . much better at soccer than he was last year.  finished preschool at Prince of Peace Lutheran School and ready for kindergarten . dresses up in Star Wars costume and pretends to have light saber battles . got a two wheel bike for his birthday and loves to ride it . doesn't like bed time . super motivated to do chores when he can earn something he wants by doing them . makes up great names for his things, like teddy named Beebee and giraffe on a t-shirt named Toozie . loves to cuddle . likes to be read to . sometimes gets upset when he thinks he's not having enough fun . sleeps on the top bunk . getting better at drawing, currently draws a lot of Jedi . sensitive about his style (particular about what he wears, how his hair is done, and cool accessories like a flame belt or lanyard) . gets upset when doing something he thinks is hard . great imagination . wants to be a construction worker when he grows up .

    1. There was definitely a bear named Beebee somewhere in our childhood. I thought it was you, I think I asked you about it because that's such a coincidence! Maybe it was Darren.
