In Progress

I recently found a couple of pictures I took of our yard after we had lived in this house for only a little while.  So I decided to take some comparison pictures.

Now, these are not "Before and After" pictures, mind you.  They are "Before and In Progress" because we are not done.

Our yard used to be a forest.  We have taken out at least 13 trees, many of them large. We have yanked out a lot of ivy and fed the lawn and tilled and planted a garden.
I have big dreams for this place.

Last Day Liam

Welcome to Liam's last day of preschool!

(He always has to tuck in his shirt so you can see his cool belt)

Some Stuff

Someone forgot to put raisins in my Raisin Bran. :(
As my sister-in-law said, Bran isn't nearly as much fun as Raisin Bran.

Peach

Look carefully- it's Frankenblankie

Teacher Appreciation week!

I made a banner for teacher appreciation week a few weeks ago.  It got hung up at Liam's school. (And I spent a long time making it, so you're going to get a disproportionately large amount of pictures of it.)

You can't see it very well because of the light, but it says, "We love our teachers"

the kids picked out some flowers and we made some flower arrangements for Reese and Liam's teachers. Liam has three teachers and Reese has two.

Miss Kat

Miss Carla

(Not pictured: Miss Shelly)

Look who lost a tooth!

One of her two front teeth!  This is her third lost tooth, she's lost her bottom front already.

Payson Temple Open House

We went to see the temple.  Since kids (and others) can't go inside operating temples, this was a great opportunity to see inside before it was dedicated.

Two Things

It was time for a new background picture on my ipad, so I asked the kids to pose for me.  I sure like them.

Peach jumped up on a tree stump to wait and stare over the fence in hopes that the neighbor's dogs would be let out.

Liam's Chill Dance

Will was testing out his new bluetooth speaker when "Hopless Opus" by Imagine Dragons came on.  And Liam just felt it.
